I went into my bank the other day and ask for help in doing a currency exchange to Australia. The teller looked at me like I was crazy. She made a call and said I need to go to the main branch. They were able to assist me to some degree, but they advised me that I might want to get in touch with a company that deals specifically with foreign currency exchange markets since I will be doing business overseas. Now I am on my way.
